Cut the feta and garlic into small pieces and mix together with the sour cream, a little olive oil, salt, pepper and rosemary with a mixer to a cream.
Soak the rolls and mix them with the minced meat, egg and spices (pepper, paprika, herbs as desired, rosemary or oregano goes well here).
For each roll, spread about a teaspoon of the feta cream on a slice of ham, then spread the mince mixture on top, roll up and place in a baking dish. The ingredients are sufficient for about 10-12 rolls.
The rolls come in the oven for about half an hour at 230 °.
A salad and potato wedges go great with it. To do this, wash the potatoes, cut into wedges, brush with a mixture of olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper and rosemary, spread on a baking sheet and simply put in the oven. The rest of the feta cream goes well with the potatoes.
