Instructions

  1. Cut the sausage into strips, cut the Gouda into strips. Cut the pickles lengthways into strips. Halve the onions and cut into strips. Season to taste with vinegar, oil, pepper and salt and let it steep for at least 1 hour. Garnish with chives.
