Fry the mince in a saucepan with a little oil. Then sprinkle with flour, add the tomato paste and sauté briefly. Add enough water that the minced meat is only lightly covered. This will give the sauce a good consistency. Let the minced meat sauce simmer for 10 minutes at a low temperature.
Then stir in the cream and cook for another 5 minutes at low temperature. Add a little pizza seasoning to taste.
Serve the sauce with pasta and sprinkle with parmesan.
