Fry the meat sausage in a saucepan with a little oil or butter. Add the diced paprika, corn and peas and mix everything together. Fry the vegetables a little. Stir in the tomato paste, taking care not to let it get too hot, otherwise the tomato paste will burn. Pour the tomatoes over the mixture, add the cream, stir well and simmer at a low temperature for about 5 minutes. Season the ragout with salt, pepper and paprika. Chili powder also goes well with it.
