- Peel the onion and chop finely.
- Peel, wash, and grate carrots.
- Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. Place the onions and carrots. Fry over low heat.
- Cut the champignons into small cubes.
- Place mushrooms with vegetables. Increase heat, stir, cover, and simmer for 7 minutes.
- Mash the minced meat, add the egg.
- Salt (0.5 teaspoon). Add seasoning (1 teaspoon). Stir until smooth.
- Peel and crush the garlic into minced meat. Stir again.
- Salt the mushrooms (0.5 teaspoon). Add 0.5 teaspoon of hot seasoning or pepper. Fry without a lid.
- Take a small portion of minced meat. Place some mushrooms on top. Press down a little.
- Take another portion of minced meat. Place on top of the mushrooms. Shape the cutlet so that the filling is inside.
- Roll in breadcrumbs. Form the rest of the zrazy in the same way.
- Heat oil in a skillet (saucepan). Post zrazy. Cover and fry for 5 minutes.
- Turn over. Cover and fry for about 5 minutes more.
- The zrazy are ready. Enjoy your meal!
