Meat Zrazy with Mushrooms Ingredients

  • Minced pork – 400-500 g
  • Champignons – 250-350 g
  • Bulb onions – 1 pc.
  • Carrots – 1 pc.
  • Egg – 1 pc.
  • Hot seasoning – 1.5 teaspoon (to taste)
  • Garlic – 1 clove
  • Salt – 1 teaspoon (to taste)
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Vegetable oil

Meat Zrazy with Mushrooms Instructions

  1. Peel the onion and chop finely.
  2. Peel, wash, and grate carrots.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. Place the onions and carrots. Fry over low heat.
  4. Cut the champignons into small cubes.
  5. Place mushrooms with vegetables. Increase heat, stir, cover, and simmer for 7 minutes.
  6. Mash the minced meat, add the egg.
  7. Salt (0.5 teaspoon). Add seasoning (1 teaspoon). Stir until smooth.
  8. Peel and crush the garlic into minced meat. Stir again.
  9. Salt the mushrooms (0.5 teaspoon). Add 0.5 teaspoon of hot seasoning or pepper. Fry without a lid.
  10. Take a small portion of minced meat. Place some mushrooms on top. Press down a little.
  11. Take another portion of minced meat. Place on top of the mushrooms. Shape the cutlet so that the filling is inside.
  12. Roll in breadcrumbs. Form the rest of the zrazy in the same way.

  13. Heat oil in a skillet (saucepan). Post zrazy. Cover and fry for 5 minutes.
  14. Turn over. Cover and fry for about 5 minutes more.
