Chop the onion, mash the garlic, chop the fresh parsley, mix all the ingredients with the minced meat and knead for about 20 minutes. Form meatballs from the mixture.
Cut the potatoes into slices and layer them alternately with the meatballs in a circle (see video), decorate with the peppers and cherry tomatoes and place in the oven for about 30 minutes at 200 ° C.
In the meantime prepare the sauce. To do this, fry 1 tablespoon of paprika pulp in olive oil, add 400 ml of boiling water, season with salt and herbs and bring to the boil.
