Instructions

  1. Cut the cauliflower into small pieces and chop into small crumbs in a Speedy. Cut the onions into small cubes and sweat with the chopped cauliflower for 10 minutes over medium heat.
  2. Mix the eggs, the quark, the shredded grated cheese and the spices to a homogeneous paste. Add the slightly cooled cauliflower and onion mixture and stir in. Stir in the minced meatballs with a fork and form small meatballs. Fry on both sides in a pan
