Mix all ingredients well in a bowl with a fork or with your hands. Moisten your hands with cold water and form small meatballs. I get about 6-7 pieces.
Brush a non-stick pan with a thin layer of olive oil and heat. Fry the meatballs until golden brown on both sides.
Taste warm and cold.
I think it`s great as a snack on the go or to take with me to work. Add a salad and you have a delicious low-carbohydrate meal.
Tip:
If you use fresh jalapenos, please use less, they are hotter than pickled ones.
