Instructions

  1. Cut the onions into fine cubes. Put the minced meat, onions, parsley, breadcrumbs and eggs in a bowl and mix well. Season to taste with salt, pepper, mustard and paprika powder.
  2. Shape the mixture into fist-sized meatballs and fry them in a pan over medium heat in oil or margarine until the meatballs are nice and brown.
