Put the minced meat, eggs, mustard and breadcrumbs in a bowl. Chop the onions, garlic, peppers and tomatoes and add to the minced meat. Chop the herbs and add them to the minced meat. Add salt, pepper, broth and paprika and knead everything well. Let it steep in the fridge overnight.
Finally, form small balls out of the mass. Brown in the pan or grill. A little tip for the grill: first fry them briefly in the pan, then they don`t fall through the grill rack.
