Instructions

  1. Soak the roll in cream. Chop the onion very finely.
  2. Put all ingredients, except for the capers, in a large bowl, including the excess cream. Mix thoroughly to form a homogeneous mass. Then sprinkle in the capers and carefully work into the mixture. Shape meatballs.
  3. Fry the meatballs in a frying pan with coconut oil.
