Combine 250 grams minced pork and 350 grams ground beef.
Cut 250 grams bread into cubes and soak in milk until soft (about 5 minutes).
While the bread soaks, peel and chop 2 cloves garlic, beat 2 eggs, and finely chop the herbs.
Squeeze the milk from the bread and add to the minced meat along with 1 egg, garlic, herbs, salt to taste, and pepper to taste. Mix thoroughly until homogeneous.
Pour 1 liter tomato sauce into a saucepan and heat over medium heat until it begins to simmer.
Moisten your hands and form the meat mixture into small meatballs.
Lightly dust the meatballs with 1-2 tablespoons flour.
Carefully drop meatballs one at a time into the simmering sauce.
Simmer over low heat for 30-45 minutes, until the meatballs reach an internal temperature of 63°C (145°F).
Serve the meatballs with the gravy and your choice of side dish.
