Instructions
- Soak the roll in water for about 5 minutes.
- Squeeze out the water from the roll.
- Finely dice the large onion.
- In a bowl, combine the minced meat, diced onion, parsley, mustard, egg, parmesan, salt, and pepper.
- Add the squeezed roll to the mixture and mix until just combined.
- Form the mixture into meatballs.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Fry the meatballs for 12–15 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through (internal temperature 71°C / 160°F).
