Instructions

  1. Soak the roll in water for about 5 minutes.
  2. Squeeze out the water from the roll.
  3. Finely dice the large onion.
  4. In a bowl, combine the minced meat, diced onion, parsley, mustard, egg, parmesan, salt, and pepper.
  5. Add the squeezed roll to the mixture and mix until just combined.
  6. Form the mixture into meatballs.
  7. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  8. Fry the meatballs for 12–15 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through (internal temperature 71°C / 160°F).
