  • 1 egg (s)
  • 2 teaspoons mustard

  1. Soak the rolls in water.
  2. Mix the minced meat with the diced onion, parsley, mustard, egg, cheese, salt, pepper and the squeezed out bun and form meatballs. Fry over medium heat.
