  • Breadcrumbs – 1 Glass
  • Rosemary – 2 Pieces
  • Chicken Thighs – 550 Grams
  • Thyme – 3 Pieces
  • Parmesan – 40 Grams
  • Flour – 0.25 Cup
  • Egg – 1 Piece
  • Olive oil – 2 Tbsp. spoons
  • Tomato Sauce – 4 Glasses
  • Mozzarella Cheese – 80 Grams
  • Spaghetti – 320 Grams
  • Parsley – 2 Pieces

Cheese Breaded Chicken (Parmesan) Instructions

  1. Wash the chicken thighs. Blot the water off them with a paper towel. Season with pepper and salt on both sides. Sprinkle flour evenly on both sides of the thighs. Crack the egg in a separate container and mix thoroughly.
  2. Dip the meat completely into the egg on both sides. Immediately transfer the egg-soaked thighs to the bowl of breading mixture and roll on both sides.

  3. Place the thighs on the wire rack in a baking dish. Drizzle evenly with vegetable oil on top.
  4. Bake the meat in the oven for 20-25 minutes at 175 degrees.
  5. While baking, heat the tomato sauce, pour it into a separate baking dish. Remove the chicken and place the slices on top of the sauce. Increase the oven temperature to 260 degrees
  6. Sprinkle the chicken with grated Parmesan and mozzarella. Place the container back in the oven until the sauce begins to bubble.

  7. After a few minutes, remove the mold from the oven.
  8. Boil spaghetti in salted water, fold over a sieve. Place them on a plate, then the chicken and sauce. Serve garnished with fresh parsley.
