- Combine the minced meat, rice, egg, salt and pepper and divide into about 16 servings.
- Flatten a portion of the dough in your moistened hands, place a piece of feta cheese in the middle and form a ball out of it.
- Heat the fat in a pan and fry the balls briefly and vigorously and then cook in the oven for about 10 minutes over a medium heat.
