Make a minced meat dough from the bread roll, onions, eggs, garlic cloves and minced meat, season with salt and pepper. Cut 2/3 of the sheep`s cheese into small cubes and add to the mince. Shape an oval loaf, cook the roast with the oil on the drip pan for 45-55 minutes at 175 degrees. Crumble the rest of the cheese and sprinkle on the roast 15 minutes before the end of the cooking time.
