Knead the minced meat, egg, rolls, onions (finely chopped), garlic (best pressed), salt, pepper, paprika and herbs into a dough. Place this in a greased baking dish. Place the sliced potatoes around the roast. Season the potatoes with salt and nutmeg. Pour the cream over the potatoes. Cook in the oven on medium high at 180 degrees for about 1.5 hours.
