Peel and chop the garlic. Cut the onion into small cubes and fry in a pan. Finally add the chopped garlic clove and fry briefly.
In a large bowl, knead the minced meat with the eggs, salt, breadcrumbs, stock powder, curry and herbs to a mass. Depending on your taste, you can mix in a little mustard.
Finally add the onions with the garlic and knead everything again. Shape the minced meat mixture into a loaf and place in a baking pan or baking dish.
Preheat the oven to 200 ° C (top / bottom heat).
Cut the sheep`s cheese into cubes and press them individually into the loaf so that the sheep`s cheese disappears completely in the meatloaf. Shape the loaf by hand so that it closes again.
Now add a little more margarine or oil to the mold.
Bake the meatloaf for 15 minutes at 200 ° C, then turn the oven down to 180 ° C and bake for another 65 minutes.
The roast tastes best with dumplings or potatoes, gravy and red cabbage.
