Clean and wash the spinach, bring a little salted water to the boil, blanch the spinach, drain, rinse in cold water, squeeze out and chop.
Soak the rolls in water, squeeze them out and knead to a dough with the minced meat, spinach, cheese, pressed garlic, lemon juice and egg. Season well with salt, pepper and thyme. Shape into a roast, place in a roasting pan or similar, drizzle with oil and bake for 50 minutes.
If you want sauce, you can simmer the roast set with cream and season it.
