Ingredients

  • 500 g minced meat
  • 350 g spinach, fresh
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 lemon (s)
  • 100 g sheep cheese
  • 1 roll
  • 1 egg (s)
  • salt and pepper
  • Oil (olive oil)
  • thyme

Instructions

  1. Clean and wash the spinach, bring a little salted water to the boil, blanch the spinach, drain, rinse in cold water, squeeze out and chop.
  2. Soak the rolls in water, squeeze them out and knead to a dough with the minced meat, spinach, cheese, pressed garlic, lemon juice and egg. Season well with salt, pepper and thyme. Shape into a roast, place in a roasting pan or similar, drizzle with oil and bake for 50 minutes.
  3. If you want sauce, you can simmer the roast set with cream and season it.
  4. Tomato rice goes very well with it
