Instructions

  1. Soak the bread roll and remove it, process it with minced meat, egg and onions to a minced meat dough and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Roll out the meat dough between two baking sheets and top with the spinach (freshly blanched, frozen) and the cheese. Using the baking foil, roll up the meatloaf like a roulade and place a deep baking tray in the middle.   3. Baking time: 45 - 55 min at 180 ° C top / bottom heat.
