From aromatic and juicy beef, you can make an incredibly tasty, mouth-watering meatloaf with cheese at home. It can be served as a snack or with your favorite side dish.

Ingredients
- Beef – 1 Kilogram
- Tomato Juice – 100 Milliliters
- Egg – 2 Pieces
- Breadcrumbs – 100 Grams
- Garlic – 2-3 Cloves
- Salt – 1 Pinch
- Pepper – 1 Pinch
- Dried Herbs – 1 Pinch
- Cheese – 200 Grams
Directions
- The set of ingredients in a recipe for making meatloaf with cheese can vary, depending on your taste preferences. Instead of tomato juice for meat, you can use a hot sauce, for example, to add a special flavor to the dish. You can also add some onions or carrots to the minced meat, for example.
- Wash the beef, dry it a little and cut into medium pieces. Pass through a meat grinder and send to a deep bowl. Beat in eggs, add bread crumbs. Peel the garlic and pass through a press (you can chop with a knife). Season with salt and pepper to taste, add herbs or seasonings.
- Cover the cutting board or work surface with cling film. Lay out the minced meat, flatten and form a rectangle. The same meatloaf with cheese at home can be made from thinly sliced meat slices, but in this version it will be softer.
- Cover the surface of the meat with thinly sliced cheese slices. You can use processed sandwich cheese, hard or mozzarella, for example.
- Using cling film, gently supporting it by its edge, roll the minced meat into a roll and put in a heat-resistant form, previously oiled or covered with parchment. Send the mold to the preheated oven for about 1 hour. So that the roll does not brown ahead of time, the form can be covered with foil on top for the first 30 minutes.
