Instructions

  1. Salt, pepper and sour the fish fillets. Peel and slice jacket potatoes. Place the potato slices in a greased baking dish. Season with a little salt, pepper and nutmeg. Sauté the onion cubes in a pan, add the chopped garlic. Mix with the coarsely chopped leaf spinach and pour onto the potatoes. Put the fish on top.
  2. Heat the tomato puree with salt, pepper and Italian herbs and simmer gently. Add some garlic and a dash of white wine. Cut the zucchini in half slices and mix with the tomato sauce. Give everything about the fish.
  3. Sprinkle with a mixture of breadcrumbs and grated cheese and bake in the oven at 200 degrees for about 20-30 minutes.
