- Mix the flour and yeast, add salt and sugar, add water and any herbs and knead a dough. Let rise for 10 minutes.
- Knead again and then shape into dough balls. Place on the baking sheet and let rise for another 20 minutes.
- Whisk the egg yolks with a little water, brush the rolls with it.
- 40 minutes at 200 degrees (preheat the oven !!), middle rail.
