Instructions
- Flatten each chicken breast by pounding or butterflying.
- Spread the tapenade on both sides of each cutlet. Season with salt and pepper. Place in a baking dish.
- Top each cutlet with tomato slices and mozzarella. Sprinkle with oregano, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Bake in the middle of a preheated oven at 220°C (428°F) for 15–20 minutes.
- Serve with rice or gnocchi.
