Instructions

  1. Flatten each chicken breast by pounding or butterflying.
  2. Spread the tapenade on both sides of each cutlet. Season with salt and pepper. Place in a baking dish.
  3. Top each cutlet with tomato slices and mozzarella. Sprinkle with oregano, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  4. Bake in the middle of a preheated oven at 220°C (428°F) for 15–20 minutes.
  5. Serve with rice or gnocchi.
