  • 1 scoop mozzarella
  • 1 teaspoon oregano, dried
  • paprika powder

Instructions

  1. Divide the chicken breast into two flat cutlets.
  2. Spread the schnitzel on both sides with the tapenade. Season with salt and pepper. Place in a baking dish.
