Ingredients

  • 1 camembert (s) (approx. 250 g)
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 sprigs rosemary
  • 50 g walnuts, rouhly chopped
  • 2 tablespoon honey

Instructions

  1. Place the camembert in an ovenproof dish. Make a diamond-shaped cut with a knife (approx. 0.5 cm deep). Drizzle with olive oil, put the rosemary sprigs on top.
  2. Place in the preheated oven (200 ° C, grill and fan oven) until the cheese begins to melt. This takes about 10 minutes. Cover with aluminum foil if necessary.
  3. Scatter the walnuts over the camembert and drizzle with honey (preferably liquid). Tastes best warm and with (possibly toasted) baguette.
