Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken breasts into small pieces. Season with pepper and salt and toss in the flour.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan. Put the chicken pieces in the pan and fry quickly on all sides. Add the wine, the chicken stock and the creme fraiche and let everything boil down for 5 - 10 minutes.
  3. Put the garlic through the garlic press and add to it. Season with salt and pepper and serve.
  4. Noodles and rice also taste very good.
