Ingredients
- 3 chicken breasts
- 200 ml white wine
- 4 clove (s) garlic
- 250 ml chicken broth
- 1 cup crème fraîche
- pepper
- salt
- thyme
- rosemary
- 100 g flour
- olive oil

- Cut the chicken breasts into small pieces. Season with pepper and salt and toss in the flour.
- Heat the oil in a pan. Put the chicken pieces in the pan and fry quickly on all sides. Add the wine, the chicken stock and the creme fraiche and let everything boil down for 5 - 10 minutes.
- Put the garlic through the garlic press and add to it. Season with salt and pepper and serve.
- Noodles and rice also taste very good.
