Remove zest from the lemons and set aside. Squeeze juice from the lemons.
If using fresh rosemary and oregano, grind them.
Chop the garlic and cut the bell pepper into thin strips.
Heat a small amount of olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Add the chicken fillets and sprinkle with chopped garlic, ground red pepper, and salt to taste.
Cook the fillets on both sides for about 3-4 minutes per side.
Add the chopped rosemary, oregano, and lemon zest.
After 2 minutes, add the bell pepper and simmer for about 5-7 minutes until it begins to soften and brown.
Pour in the white wine and lemon juice, then simmer for about 8-10 minutes until the chicken fillets reach an internal temperature of 74°C (165°F).
Transfer the cooked fillets to a serving dish and crumble the feta cheese on top.
