4 port. Cheese, (hand cheese or Harzer or Münster)
1 tablespoon rosemary
0.5 teaspoon ½ oregano
1 sprig basil
50 ml vinegar, possibly balsamic vinegar
120 ml olive oil
1 clove garlic, sliced
8 olives, green sliced
8 black olives, sliced
some onion (s), (silver onions)
0.25 ¼ bell pepper (s), red, cut into small cubes
0.5 ½ chilli pepper (s), red or chilli flakes
50 g bacon, finely diced, fried
Mediterranean Hand Cheese
Instructions
Place the cheese in a large enough pan.
Mix the other ingredients together and season with salt and pepper, possibly with a little sugar. Pour a little water or broth to taste. Pour over the cheese.
Cover and let steep for at least a day.
Every type of bread tastes good with it.
