First cook the potatoes in boiling water for about 10 minutes. Meanwhile, finely chop the garlic and herbs.
Put the finished potatoes in a hot pan and fry them with a little olive oil. When the potatoes start to brown slightly, add the herbs and garlic. Everything is swirled through well and fried for a few more minutes. until the garlic is nicely roasted brown. If you add the herbs and garlic right at the beginning, there is a risk that they will burn and become bitter. Finally season with salt and pepper.
