- Preheat the oven to 150°C (302°F). Add a small amount of oil to a non-stick pan and heat on high until the oil shimmers.
- Do not season the steaks before cooking, as this can cause them to dry out.
- Place the steaks in the hot pan and fry on high for 2 minutes on each side without moving or turning frequently.
- Remove the steaks from the pan, wrap each one individually in aluminum foil, and place in the oven at 150°C (302°F) for 5 minutes.
- Remove the steaks from the oven and season with salt and pepper. If desired, top with garlic butter or herb butter before serving.
