Instructions

  1. Put a little oil in a non-stick pan and let it heat up on the highest setting. The fat can also steam a little. Meanwhile preheat the oven to 150 ° C.
  2. Please do not season the meat before roasting, otherwise it can dry out too quickly. To be on the safe side, I only season when I take it out of the oven.
  3. Put the two rump steaks in the pan, fry for 2 minutes on each side, leave alone, do not swirl or turn frequently.
  4. Take the two rump steaks out of the pan and wrap them individually in aluminum foil. Leave in the oven at 150 ° C for 5 minutes. Take out the rump steaks and season (pepper, salt). If you want, you can melt the garlic or herb butter on the meat, then serve.
