Instructions

  1. Halve the melons and remove the stones, release the pulp with a ball cutter and place in a punch bowl. Wash the basil, tie the basil stalks together and hang them in the punch bowl as a bundle. Pour white wine over, cover and refrigerate for several hours. Thinly slice the carambola and place it in the punch. Top up with sparkling wine.
