- 2 melon (s), aromatic
- 1 carambola (s) (star fruit)
- 1 bunch basil
- 2 bottles wine, Riesling
- 1 bottle sparkling wine

- Halve the melons and remove the stones, release the pulp with a ball cutter and place in a punch bowl. Wash the basil, tie the basil stalks together and hang them in the punch bowl as a bundle. Pour white wine over, cover and refrigerate for several hours. Thinly slice the carambola and place it in the punch. Top up with sparkling wine.
