Instructions

  1. Cut the melon into cubes, remove the stones and freeze the cubes lying next to each other if possible.
  2. Let the melon cubes defrost for 15 to 20 minutes, then add the rum, sugar and lemon juice. Puree the mixture with a hand blender until everything is frothy, pour into glasses and serve immediately.
