Ingredients
- 1 small melon (s), (watermelon)
- 80 g suar
- some lemon juice
- 0.7 liters rum, white

- Cut the melon into cubes, remove the stones and freeze the cubes lying next to each other if possible.
- Let the melon cubes defrost for 15 to 20 minutes, then add the rum, sugar and lemon juice. Puree the mixture with a hand blender until everything is frothy, pour into glasses and serve immediately.
