Instructions

  1. Weigh the sugar together with the vanilla sugar. Puree the pulp with a dash of milk, add the remaining ingredients and puree again until the sugar crystals have dissolved.
  2. Put in the ice cream maker or freezer and stir well and vigorously every 15 minutes.
