• 2 ½ kg watermelon (s), red
• 125 g rocket
• 400 g feta cheese
• 100 g pine nuts
• 4 tablespoon walnut oil, sesame, linseed or rapeseed oil
• 4 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, darker

Instructions

1. Wash the rocket. Chop the melon, rocket and feta cheese into small pieces. Mix these ingredients with the rest of the ingredients and refrigerate, preferably overnight.
