Instructions

  1. Halve the melon crosswise and remove the stones with a spoon. Cut balls out of the pulp. Scrape out the rest of the pulp and use it elsewhere. Cut off the rounding of the shell halves so that they stand properly.
  2. Roast the pumpkin seeds in the pan.
  3. Cut the chicken into strips and fry vigorously in sunflower oil in a pan. Cut the basil leaves into fine strips. Mix the lime juice, salt and pepper into a sauce. Mix all ingredients well and pour into the melon peel.
  4. Decorate with basil leaves and serve immediately.
