Instructions

  1. Roast the nuts in a pan without fat, mix with the cinnamon and leave to cool.
  2. Mix the yogurt with 1 tablespoon of honey and refrigerate. Core the melons and cut into wedges. Cut the pulp from the skin in pieces. Serve with the yoghurt and drizzle with the remaining honey. Serve with the cinnamon nuts.
