Make pudding according to instructions. If you can`t get this almond semolina custard anywhere, just add 1 tablespoon soft wheat semolina. Let the pudding cool and stir every now and then so that no skin forms on it!
Now stir the rum into the cold pudding
Whip the cream until stiff and fold into the cold pudding. Finally stir in the grated chocolate.
Tip: If you like, you can also serve thickened cherries with it.
