Finely puree the refried beans together with half the seasoning mixture and spread on the bottom of a baking dish.
2 layer:
Spread the creme fraiche over the top.
3 layer:
Spread the salsa on top
4th layer:
Finely chop the spring onions, then mix with the remaining seasoning mixture and the chopped tomatoes. Give over the salsa.
5th layer:
Spread the grated Gouda over the top.
Serve the dip with nachos or other chips.
Variations:
The dip can be varied very well. For example, you can add corn, olives, chopped lettuce, guacamole or diced peppers as a layer. The imagination knows no limits.
You can also briefly heat the dip in the oven until the cheese melts and serve warm.
