Ingredients
- 1 can beans, (Refried Beans)
- 1 bag spice mixture, (taco)
- 300 g crème fraîche
- 1 glass sauce, (mild salsa)
- 1 bunch spring onion (s)
- 2 tomato (s)
- 200 g cheese, rated Gouda cheese

- 1st layer:
- Finely puree the refried beans together with half the seasoning mixture and spread on the bottom of a baking dish.
- 2 layer:
- Spread the creme fraiche over the top.
- 3 layer:
- Spread the salsa on top
- 4th layer:
- Finely chop the spring onions, then mix with the remaining seasoning mixture and the chopped tomatoes. Give over the salsa.
- 5th layer:
- Spread the grated Gouda over the top.
- Serve the dip with nachos or other chips.
- Variations:
- The dip can be varied very well. For example, you can add corn, olives, chopped lettuce, guacamole or diced peppers as a layer. The imagination knows no limits.
- You can also briefly heat the dip in the oven until the cheese melts and serve warm.
