Brownie Mexican

Ingredients
- Dark chocolate – 120 grams
- Butter – 90 Grams
- White sugar – 150 Grams
- Brown sugar – 45 grams
- Wheat flour – 55 grams
- Egg – 2 Pieces
- Vanilla extract – 1 Teaspoon
- Ground cinnamon – 0.5 Teaspoons
- Cayenne Pepper – 0.5 Teaspoons
- Salt – 0.25 Teaspoons
- Ground cloves – 1 Pinch
Directions
- Make a water bath. Place the chocolate and butter in a bowl. When they start to melt, add both types of sugar to them. Melt the sugar while stirring. Then let the mixture cool for a couple of minutes.
- Then mix eggs, flour, spices and salt into the liquid mass. Pour the batter into a rectangular baking dish.
- Bake the cake for 25 minutes at 180 degrees in the oven
- Then cool the brownie and cut into squares before serving.
