Ingredients
- 1 lime (s), untreated
- 100 ml ginger ale
- 2 cl syrup (elderflower)
- Ice, crushed
- 1 sprig mint, fresh

- Wash the lime under hot water, rub dry, cut eighths and place in a glass. Squeeze out the lime juice with a fork or pestle. Pour in the elderflower syrup and add the crushed ice to taste (at least 2 tablespoon), then pour the ginger ale on top.
- Wash the mint, pat dry and add to the glass as a decoration.
