Heat the oil in a saucepan, cut the onions into cubes or slices and sauté in the oil without turning them brown.
Add the minced meat, fry and season with salt and pepper. Crumble into small pieces with the mixing spoon. Add the tomato paste and beans, also the broth, thyme and the chopped garlic. Season to taste with cayenne pepper. Cook for 30 minutes.
This goes well with fresh, finely chopped onions, tomato eighth, fresh lettuce and bread by the yard.
